Shipping

Mindlos ships worldwide — from the township to the world.

Free shipping over R800

Orders of R800 or more ship free to every country we deliver to. The threshold is converted into your local currency at checkout. Orders under R800 pay a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

Made to order

Every piece is printed and finished after you order, by our production partners. Production usually takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on where you are. You’ll see the delivery options for your address at checkout, and we’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

Customs, duties & taxes

Orders shipped across borders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by your country. These are set by your local authorities, aren’t included in our prices or shipping, and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address details

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We can’t be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we’ll always try to help.
